How to integrate with Sympa

A step by step guide detailing how to set up an integration between Ravio and Sympa

Prerequisites

Before getting started, please reach out to the team that manages your Sympa environment. This is typically Sympa customer support but can also be internal teams. You can use a note similar to the below.

We would like to set up an integration with Ravio to automate reading employees, employments, compensation and organisation data within Sympa. This needs to be set up in the same format as Sympa's Generic API specification.Could you please generate access credentials for us and provide the API Username and API Password?

Sympa will happily customize endpoints for every new connection. However, for the unification to work, it must follow their "Generic API" specification.

Please make sure that the "Generic API" specification is discussed and implemented. If in doubt, please contact Ravio Integrations support at integrations@ravio.com.

Step by Step Instructions

Once you have received your API credentials from Sympa, you can proceed to the connection flow and fill it.
