How does Ravio handle Role Mapping?
When you join Ravio we’ll map your job titles to our role library
During your Ravio onboarding, we’ll collect employee data from your HRIS, including job title. Our dedicated data onboarding team will then map each of your unique job titles to one of Ravio’s benchmarking positions.
Once completed you can view this mapping in your account at any time. If you’d like to make changes to the mapping you can do that in your account. When you make a change it will apply to all employees with that job title.
What if I just want to make changes to one employee?
If you’d like to override the mapping for a specific employee, you can do that from the Employee Review screen.
What happens if my job titles aren’t clear?
In some cases, you may have job titles that are used across several departments or roles (e.g. Analyst, Team Lead). In this case, we will override employees within this job title group, to manually set the most relevant job role.
