How often can I manually refresh my data in Ravio?

If you upload your data manually, here's how often you can refresh it, how to request a refresh, and what to check before you do.

How often you can refresh

Manual upload customers get one data refresh per quarter – a rolling 90-day period from your last refresh. This cadence keeps your reporting consistent and your data stable between updates.

Requesting a data refresh

If you upload your people data to Ravio manually (rather than through an HRIS connection), you can refresh that data to keep your benchmarks accurate. This guide explains how often you can refresh, how to request one, and what to check first.

How to request a refresh

Email your Customer Success Manager to let them know you'd like to refresh your data. They'll confirm whether you're inside your quarterly window and walk you through the next steps.

Before we process anything, we'll send you a short confirmation to check that your data is ready. This is your chance to make sure everything is final, and it saves you from having to redo the refresh later.

What to check before you confirm

When we ask you to confirm, please double-check that:

  • All your internal updates, new joiners, and leavers have been finalised on your end.

  • Your file includes every current employee, not just those whose details have changed. Uploads fully replace your existing data, so anyone missing from the file will be removed.

Once you're happy, reply to confirm and we'll get started.

What happens next

After you confirm, your data is updated within two weeks.

If you reach out before your quarterly window opens, we'll let you know the date your next refresh becomes available and set a reminder on our side to check in with you then.
