How do I export data from Ravio? 

You can export compensation data from two places in Ravio: Analyse your company shows how your employees’ pay compares to the market. Explore the market gives you benchmark data for a specific role.

Each export reflects the filters and settings you have on screen when you click Download.

Export your employees’ pay against the market

  1. In the left-hand sidebar, go to Analyse your company > Compensation.
  2. Use the Compensation dropdown to choose a pay type: base salary, variable pay, total cash, or equity.
  3. Use the filters on the left to narrow your view by role, department, manager, or performance rating.
  4. Click Download in the top right hand corner to export your filtered view as a report.

Export market benchmarks for a role

  1. Go to Explore the market 
  2. Choose a role from the Position dropdown.
  3. Pick a location and any market filters you need: Headcount, Industry, or Funding Stage.
  4. Click Download and confirm in the pop-up.

Your file downloads as an XLSX spreadsheet. It includes the filters you had selected.
