*Ravio only requires one of these two fields
- The share price Date valid from must be earlier or the same date as every employee's grant date.
- Grant dates must not be earlier than the relevant funding-round date.
- Each upload replaces the equity data we hold for every employee included in the file. Grants aren't added together to make a new total, so always include an employee's full equity history – previously submitted grants as well as new ones.
